You should definitely go to New Orleans. They're culture inspires me and I love the jazz. Street performers are there very often, and they have quite some talent. This restaurant in Ottawa looks like the Cafe Du Monde for sure, but I've never had better food anywhere else. :) New Orleans id definitely a place for visiting.
