So Tuesday is Canada Day! Canada Day in Ottawa is an amazing time, that is if you don’t mind crowds! I love to walk around the Byward Market, the streets are filled with tens of thousands of people just walking around, being happy and displaying their Canadian pride! The bars are full and on Parliament Hill there are big celebrations and concerts throughout the city. Around 10 pm there is a huge display of fireworks and the party continues on into the wee hours.

Happy Canada Day weekend to all my fellow Canadians! I think every Canadian should experience at least one Canada in Ottawa, the city really throws a great celebration! Here are some pics from my original account, to get you in the mood.
